At White Cross E-Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack With Care

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
